Octopus Project Management was founded in June 2023 by two professionals who saw a gap in the restoration industry. Too many homeowners and business owners across Oregon and Washington were being left in the dark during some of the most stressful moments of their lives — dealing with property damage, navigating insurance claims, and trying to find a contractor they could actually trust.

Co-owners Jared Moreda and Sheridan Maxey started this company because they believed there was a better way to do things. A way that puts people first, uses technology to keep projects moving, and holds every team member accountable from start to finish. Today, we serve homeowners and businesses across Portland, Gresham, Hillsboro, Beaverton, Vancouver, Camas, and nearby cities throughout Multnomah County, Washington County, Clark County, and surrounding counties in Oregon and Washington with a full range of plumbing, mitigation, and construction services.

Our mitigation team handles water extraction, fire damage remediation, mold and microbial remediation, biohazard cleanup, contents cleaning, asbestos testing, lead-based paint testing, and abatement. Our construction crew delivers general contracting, comprehensive repairs, remodels, additions, drywall and framing, painting, cabinetry and built-ins, doors and windows, roofing, flooring, and hardware installation.
